These must be read and signed before we can accept payment for your booking.

1.Deposit

A minimum deposit of 30% of the overall package is required within 7 days of the confirmation of the booking. (Unless otherwise agreed) This deposit should be made via credit card, visa, MasterCard ( all credit card payments attract a
1.8% surcharge), payment via Internet banking, cheque or direct deposit as agreed at the time of the booking.

2. Balance

Balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival date of booking. Payment of balance should be made via credit card, visa, MasterCard, (all credit card payments attract a 1.8% surcharge) payment via Internet banking, direct deposit as
agreed at the time of the booking (Please confirm all direct deposits via email or phone).
Bookings made within the 45 days prior to arrival booking date must be fully paid upon confirmation.

6. Check in/Check out

Check in time for the lodge is 2.00pm on the day of reservation. Check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure. Arrangements can be made to leave luggage after or before this time if necessary. Due to the pressure on cleaners
we appreciate your assistance in keeping to these times.

7. Insurance

We recommend that all customers staying at Blowhard Lodge be insured against medical expenses, personal accident, loss of deposit and cancellation fees, and also their baggage against damage, loss, theft, etc. This is usually covered by standard Travel Insurance.

8. Transportation

Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd as part of an accommodation package, where specified, can supply transfers from the Chitose airport to Hirafu Ski Village. Third party transport companies provide this transportation to our customers. Blowhard
Japan Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any delays, accidents or incidents that affect our customers. No refunds of accommodation or any other related services will be given if the customers are unable to arrive on the day of predetermined booking including travel being impaired by weather conditions and like-wise Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd and/or its agents will not be responsible for providing additional accommodation in the event that customers are prevented from leaving Niseko, Sapporo and Blowhard (the Lodge) due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather.

9. Snow Conditions

Average snowfall statistics indicated within any advertising material from Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd and/or its agents are to the best of our knowledge and are correct at the time of press. It should be understood that Blowhard Japan Pty
Ltd cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for snow conditions. No accommodation booking can be cancelled, altered or amended on the basis of weather conditions.

10. Meals

The accommodation at Blowhard Lodge Japan includes a fully cooked breakfast as part of the package unless specified otherwise. The lodge has guest refrigeration and storage space for food purchased independently by guests. Use of the kitchen is available to guests on condition of guests leaving kitchen in the clean state as found. During certain times, i.e. food preparation times by staff, guest use of kitchen will be limited. Guests will be notified in advance of these times.

11. Lift Passes

An all mountain ski pass may be supplied in addition to the accommodation package at Blowhard Lodge. This will be specified on the booking confirmation. Where Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd does provide a lift pass as part of the package no refunds can be given for any unused days or days not fully utilized. Blowhard Lodge and Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd accept no responsibility related to lift passes or lift operations. A third party operator provides lift operations.

12. Information Packages

Please note that maps/timetables and other information provided to assist Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd customers in making their stay more comfortable may not be to scale or accurate and are provided only as a guide to Blowhard Japan
Pty Ltd customers. Information is a guide only and that the information is accurate to the best of our knowledge, however Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd cannot be held liable if the information is inaccurate.

13. Exchange Rates

Costs are subject to change until Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd receives full payment based on the current rate of exchange in its offices. Once full payment including any quoted surcharge, has been received prices are guaranteed.

14. Web Site Accuracy

Whilst every effort is made on the accuracy of www.blowhard-all-year.com  Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions occurring in the production or changes to accommodation facilities or amenities
as specified, Care will be taken however, to ensure that you are updated on any major changes that could affect the enjoyment of your holiday.

15. Property Damage

A customer of Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd accepts responsibility and will incur all costs for replacement or repair of any damage incurred to any facet of the Blowhard Lodge or Property by the guest or anybody in the guest’s party or duty
of care outside of normal wear and tear.

16. No Smoking policy

Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd maintains a “NO SMOKING POLICY” within its building. Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd or its agents or representatives reserves the right to evict from the building any person or party not adhering to this policy without a
refund for remaining days.

17. Passports and Visas

It is the guest’s responsibility to arrange and organize all necessary passports and visas. Japanese visa requirements vary for individual countries. Check the requirements with a Japanese consulate in your country.

18. Limited Liability

Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be caused to person or property however caused or arising, during their arrival, stay or return from Blowhard Lodge in Hirafu Niseko Japan
Where Blowhard Japan Pty Ltd or its agents assists customers in the purchase of  third party goods or services, or to participate in third party activities, it does not warrant these goods or services, nor does it accept any liability resulting from the purchase or participation in these.
