1. Reservation Policy

   - All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
   - Refund policy 

2. Check-In and Check-Out

   - Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability.
   - Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be made and will be subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Payment Methods

   - Payments can be made using major credit cards, cash, or online payment methods. All charges must be settled upon check-in.

4. Guest Policies

   - Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
   - No pets are allowed, except for service animals.
   - Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel premises. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

5. Damage & Liability

   - Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to lodge property during their stay. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file for any damages incurred.

6. Lodge Amenities

   - Guests have access to lodge amenities including Wi-Fi, parking (pending availability), and breakfast 

7. Privacy Policy

   - Personal information collected during the reservation process will be kept confidential and used solely for lodge purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Indemnity

   - The lodge is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

9. Governing Law

   - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Japan.

10. Amendments

   - The lodge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
